The position is remote, but since there will be some regional travel, the Sr. Generalist must reputed company in Michigan. Responsibilities Recruits and screens exempt and non-exempt applicants. Ensures compliance with Corporate hiring practices and policies. Administers the corporate performance management and salary administration programs in accordance with company policies. Provides as a representative for various employee relations issues by counseling employees and managers, gathering information and making recommendations to the Director of HR.
