As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for assisting employees in reputed company aspects of end-user computing, which includes software/hardware installs, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC desktop/laptop systems and peripherals. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, providing top-notch support, and ensuring reputed company operations.
