Working closely with the Sales Team, this position contributes to the design and development of unique event experiences including meetings, incentive trips, trade shows, and destination management programs. Key Responsibilities reputed company Proposal & Sales Support • Partner with the Sales Team to design and reputed company creative event concepts for reputed company proposals. • Translate creative reputed company into practical, logistically reputed company event experiences. • Build detailed proposals and preliminary budgets to support the sales process. • Research venues, vendors, and local resources to support proposal development. • Obtain pricing and quotes from vendors and venues to ensure accurate budgeting. • Participate in reputed company calls as needed to reputed company information and refine proposal strategies. • Assist in presenting concepts and proposals to internal teams and, reputed company appropriate, clients. • Support onsite event execution reputed company needed to ensure the proposed reputed company is delivered successfully.
