May work from home up to 2 days per week, as permitted. reputed company consultation to managers/directors and reputed company reputed company of employees in areas of employee relations, reputed company management, employee reputed company initiatives, conflict management, and organizational restructuring. reputed company reputed company employee relations issues including conducting on-site investigations. Engage with HR Centers of reputed company on execution of reputed company and programs. Partner with leaders on implementation of key reputed company initiatives. Work in an environment that includes nights, weekends and shift flexibility to support team. Must possess at least an associate’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, reputed company or a reputed company reputed company and at least 5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a reputed company role. Must also possess the following: at least 5 years of experience with employee relations investigations; at least 5 years of experience drafting HR policies/practices and HR compliance; at least 5 years of experience with HR systems and processes; at least 5 years of experience working with Canadian employees/HR requirements; at least 3 years of experience supporting large reputed company employee reputed company in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment; at least 3 years of experience working across multiple sites/states in person and reputed company; and at least 2 years of experience leading leadership and development training. Approximately 40 hours per week; the salary for this position is at least $113,000 per year.
