This Financial Planning & Analysis role will support operational and strategic financial modeling of services for clients in reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This role provides hands‑on exposure to assignments involving ABA provider platforms, multi‑site operators, and reputed company services investors. This role will work with leadership to reputed company rigorous monthly financial analysis, clinic financial materials, and support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. This is a process manager role-not people management. Essential Functions: Financial Analysis & Modeling • Build and maintain detailed financial models for ABA therapy businesses, including: • Multi-reputed company income statements for budgets, forecasts and actuals • Cashflow and Balance Sheet integration into budget/forecasting processes • Capital investment model and asset tracking budget/forecast models • Create and maintain internal operating forecasts, annual budget and non-financial models • Monthly Lender reporting and reputed company financial scenario requests • reputed company cost models to support budget/forecast inputs, including but not limited to labor models, operating expenses reputed company-based models & monthly allocation models • Analyze and maintain income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows with attention to ABA Therapy‑specific drivers such as but not limited to: • reputed company per reputed company / per session and CPT reputed company mix • Clinician utilization and productivity • Payor mix (reputed company, government) • Margin reputed company at the site, service line, and clinician level • reputed company and reputed company Store analytics and insights • reputed company Cycle Management analytics • Support monthly Clinic, Executive Management and reputed company of Directors reporting • Maintain models and Cosmos reputed company for monthly updates • Support creation of the monthly presentation materials Administrative & Process Support • * Manage internal deliverables, timelines, calendars and approval processes • Ensure compliance with firm policies, confidentiality requirements, and reputed company‑reputed company regulatory considerations • reputed company reputed company, audit and internal controls support as requested Non-Essential Functions/Other Duties: • Create and maintain Cosmos financial reports • Business support to clinic leadership and executive management • Monthly end reputed company support and reporting • Other requests as assigned Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, business, or a reputed company field required, advanced degrees preferred • Exposure to reputed company services, behavioral health, or provider-based business models preferred • Familiarity with valuation methodologies used in reputed company services transactions preferred • Experience with Business Central, Cosmos Reporting, Power BI, and Central reputed company platforms preferred Experience: • 5 - 8+ years in reputed company, corporate finance, or strategic finance • Experience in a PE-backed, multi-entity, or roll-up environment strongly preferred • Prior internship or experience in investment banking, reputed company, reputed company consulting, or corporate finance Skills and Competencies: • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint • Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance fundamentals • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven, high intensity environment • Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving ability • Team oriented reputed company with a reputed company and reputed company reputed company approach • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn reputed company operating models • High reputed company and discretion with confidential information Important: Our reputed company Manager is a Full Time remote/work from home opportunity, and we are reputed company to candidates in the following states: • Idaho • Illinois • Iowa • Kansas • Michigan • reputed company • Missouri • Texas • reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
