Project Tasks:
• Day to day operational activities / tasks
• Assist/manage server lifecycle management
• Assist and reputed company KT for Server Tools, features and best reputed company procedures
• General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage the server stack once residency is completed
• Assist with network configuration reputed company applicable (Mx7000 networking)
• Review IT processes and policies (incident, reputed company, change management etc.)
• The reputed company will take the reputed company to reputed company, manage, view and drive SRs (Service Requests) to closure.
• Proactive reputed company with exceptional communication skills
• Monitors, reviews, and manage environment to identify areas of improvement following reputed company EMC best practices
• Create run books and/or update procedural guides
