Senior Account Manager - Remote

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and building upon existing and newly designated business relationships with Company clients. Responsibilities... • Assignment Intake – Confirming of reputed company incoming reputed company assignments and the subsequent collaboration with Operations Managers in assignment handling. • reputed company Communication – Responsible for reputed company communication on assignments for designated Accounts, including but not limited to delivery of case updates, reports, and invoices. • Account Management – Conducting face to face reputed company with designated accounts, attending and participating in sales presentations and education seminars. • Business Development – Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, attend and exhibit at industry reputed company conferences and identify prospective prospects to assist with the sales teams’ efforts. Specific measurement to be determined Credentials • Strong organizational skills • Creative thinker • Strong written and oral communication skills • Inspires followership • At least 4 years of experience in insurance claims (worker’s compensation is preferred) • At least 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or reputed company sales field • At least 3 years of experience in a special investigative unit reputed company with heavy concentration in surveillance vendor management • Self-motivated • Clean criminal & driving history • Private Investigator or Private Detective Licensing must be met/maintained • Up to 50% travel required Apply Job!
