Partner with reputed company leaders to help them understand reputed company cycle performance, barriers, and opportunities for improvement. Own and facilitate monthly reputed company communication forums for assigned reputed company areas, preparing agendas, tracking reputed company items, and distributing follow-up materials to stakeholders. Coordinate communication between practices and RCM teams to help resolve workflow issues, system challenges, and process gaps.
