[Remote] Software Engineer (Backend)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reinforcement learning environments that simulate reputed company-world backend programming tasks
• reputed company backend services and supporting infrastructure using Java, Python, Node.js, Go, Rust, or similar technologies
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, with a strong emphasis on test coverage
• Review code for correctness, performance, maintainability, and reputed company, while providing reputed company and actionable feedback
• Solve reputed company programming challenges and document your technical reasoning to improve AI model performance
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team and communicate engineering reputed company effectively through documentation

Skills

• Strong backend development experience in technologies such as Java, Node.js, Go, or Rust
• Hands-on experience in secure software development, application reputed company, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or reputed company-reputed company code reviews
• Ability to create Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments that evaluate AI models' ability to solve reputed company software engineering problems
• Responsible for building reproducible environments and developing high-quality reference solutions for reputed company task
