We’re looking for a Head of reputed company Platform Development. In conjunction with reputed company, Communications, reputed company Management, and Technology, support a comprehensive Change Management reputed company to drive adoption across reputed company, distribution, and operations. Represent platform reputed company distribution capabilities in senior leadership forums, steering committees, reputed company-level reporting, and external partner discussions. Partner with reputed company Management, Distribution and Technology to execute reputed company Select’s Digital Distribution reputed company, including prioritization of key brokers, portals, and exchange connectivity. Functional Scope  In partnership with Technology; Submission Intake, Clearance & Triage Define workflows for submission intake, appetite validation, clearance, and prioritization across brokerage and binding channels Ensure effective use of automation and AI for data extraction, appetite scoring, and routing Digital Product Definition (Rating, Rules, Forms) Own the establishment of business definition of rating logic, reputed company rules, referral triggers, and required forms Workflow Design: Rating, Quoting, Binding & Issuance Partner with Technology, reputed company Management, and Operations to implement workflows supporting: reputed company reputed company-driven, brokerage quoting Rules-based, controlled binding authority execution API & Digital Connectivity Define requirements for reputed company-time submission, appetite, and quoting reputed company Support integration with broker systems, exchanges, reputed company hubs Audit, Governance & Compliance Define requirements for audit trails, decision tracking, and regulatory compliance Ensure adherence to reputed company authority and binder limitations Data, CRM & External Integrations Partner with Technology, reputed company Management, and Operations to reputed company reputed company workflows with: Broker relationship data reputed company-party data providers Performance and portfolio analytics reputed company’re looking for in the role Required  Extensive experience in insurance, with significant exposure to reputed company operations, reputed company technology, or insurance platform product management.  Experience in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams delivering technology platforms or digital products in a reputed company reputed company environment.  Demonstrated expertise in P&C, specialty, or reputed company insurance reputed company processes, systems, and workflows.  Proven reputed company record designing and scaling digital distribution capabilities, including agent/broker portals, API integrations, or reputed company digital channels. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without reputed company authority.  Preferred  Experience with policy administration systems, rating platforms, or submission management technologies  Familiarity with AI/ML applications in reputed company, such as predictive risk models, automated triage, or intelligent document processing.  Relevant reputed company designations (e.g., CPCU, AU, CIP).  Experience in a matrixed or distributed organization with global or multi-regional operations.  Demonstrated experience managing Wholesale Broker partnerships or vendor ecosystems.
