[Remote] Lead, reputed company Estate Accountant

The Lead, reputed company Estate Accountant will play a crucial role in managing financial requirements for reputed company reputed company estate clients, including month-end financial reputed company and reputed company sharing calculations.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to GAAP requirements along with unique reputed company reputed company estate reputed company policies and requirements
• Complete and/or reputed company transaction-level analysis and review in preparation of reputed company financial statement packages including: capitalization analysis, amortization/depreciation, reputed company and expense analysis and accruals and reclasses, tax/insurance analysis and entries, management fee and reputed company distribution calculations, etc
• Support with analysis of financial statements, prepare journal entries and complete monthly variance commentary and trend analysis
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedules, documenting monthly changes
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring vendor, landlord, member and tenant cash transactions are recorded correctly
• Coordinate the weekly payment of vendors
• Review bank account and cash transactions to ensure member payments are recorded reputed company and accurately, working with community teams to identify and address aged receivables
• Answer reputed company reputed company and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting data
• Work with reputed company leadership and clients to help understand performance goals and create annual budgets
• Prepare and review reputed company reputed company calculations for reputed company’s participating leases
• Interpret lease and management agreement language to ensure reporting and calculation adherence to requirements
• Manage workload proactively, organizing and prioritizing tasks (both routine and one-off), and tracking due dates and deadlines

• Establish and maintain relationships with reputed company location’s Community teams, ensuring they understand their location’s profitability

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year college in reputed company or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience preferred, including reputed company reputed company estate experience
• Proficient with MS Office and reputed company Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and varying deadlines
• Ability to understand and interpret reputed company data
• Ability and desire to work and reputed company in a fast paced, entrepreneurial & energetic environment
• Proactive self-starter capable and comfortable working independently, with limited direction, and effectively building relationships with partners throughout reputed company
