This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on reputed company acquisition and candidate delivery reputed company the AEC market.

Responsibilities

• Bringing in your own clients
• Running job intake
• Delivering candidates through reputed company
• Developing relationships
• Generating reputed company
• Managing the full lifecycle without relying on handoffs
• Owning the full lifecycle of your desk reputed company the construction and AEC market
• Developing new business relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and reputed company organizations
• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates reputed company your reputed company

Skills

• Have 2+ years of Agency Recruitment Experience
• Have a reputed company understanding or interest in the AEC Industry
• Background in construction or a closely reputed company vertical (electrical, HVAC/mechanical, structural steel, manufacturing, etc.)
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
• Strong closing instincts and reputed company of urgency
