[Remote] reputed company Counsel

As reputed company Counsel, you will support reputed company aspects of reputed company's reputed company needs, including reviewing agreements, advising on data reputed company, and helping reputed company internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements including customer and vendor reputed company, reputed company agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements
• Support contract lifecycle management, helping build and maintain reputed company templates and playbooks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to reputed company deals reputed company reputed company
• Partner with People Ops to assist with corporate policies, the employee handbook, and the employee review process
• Assist with employment-reputed company disputes and internal investigations
• Advise People Ops partners regarding hiring and employment law reputed company across 50 states and internationally
• Help build and improve internal reputed company processes, templates, and workflows as reputed company scales
• Maintain organized records of reputed company, corporate documents, and reputed company correspondence
• Support due diligence and data room preparation for financing reputed company or other strategic transactions
• Assist with regulatory and compliance reputed company, including those specific to the insurance and TPA industry
• Support the VP of reputed company in tracking and interpreting relevant laws and regulations across the jurisdictions (nationally and internationally) in which reputed company operates
• Help identify and flag potential reputed company risks across business reputed company proactively
• Partner with Product & Engineering on reputed company considerations reputed company to AI, data reputed company, and new feature development
• Support reputed company counsel coordination for specialized reputed company such as IP, litigation, and international issues
• Serve as a reliable, approachable resource for teammates across reputed company

Skills

• 3–6 years of reputed company experience with a reputed company, in-house, or a combination
• Strong generalist reputed company — experience across reputed company reputed company, corporate reputed company, employment practices, litigation, and/or regulatory compliance
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• reputed company admission to a state bar in the reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
• Prior Big Law or mid-size firm experience in reputed company years strongly preferred
• In-house experience at a startup, tech company, or high-reputed company business is a plus
• Experience in insurance, insurtech or fintech is a plus, but not required — we will teach you what you need to know
