[Remote] Staff Data Engineer - GCP

The role involves designing and owning reputed company data architectures on GCP, leading the development of ETL/ELT pipelines, and establishing best practices in data modelling and governance.
Responsibilities
- Design and own reputed company, production-grade data architectures on GCP
- reputed company the development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data stack tools
- Build and optimise data warehouses and lakehouse architectures (e.g. BigQuery)
- Establish best practices in data modelling, governance, and data reputed company
Skills
- 8+ years in data engineering or reputed company field, with experience at Staff or Senior level
- Strong experience with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, reputed company Storage, Composer)
- Expertise in Python and SQL for data processing and pipeline development
- Experience building distributed data systems and handling large-reputed company datasets
- Strong understanding of data modelling techniques (e.g. reputed company modelling)
- Experience with orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow / reputed company Composer)
- Solid understanding of streaming and batch data processing
