The role involves managing reputed company operations processes, implementing new tools, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company's reputed company operations processes and reputed company new process mapping
• Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation
• Helping clients vet potential CLM tools across a broad reputed company of tools such as reputed company, reputed company, ContractPod, Luminance
• Implementing AI tools and increasing usage reputed company the reputed company team/ use new AI features of existing tools
• Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes
• Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates
• Assist with project coordination and process management

Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a reputed company operations reputed company optimizing in-house reputed company workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work
• Familiarity with reputed company department KPIs
• Experience managing budget & spend management such as e-billing experience
• CLM implementation experience
• AI experience
• Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams
• Robust experience with reputed company operations technology and reputed company software
• Experience with CLM tool Luminance is preferred
