[Remote] EDI Delivery Consultant - Plex

The EDI Delivery Consultant will support domestic and international Trading Partners, ensuring successful implementation of EDI in the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and providing consulting leadership reputed company the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer reputed company-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan, implementation reputed company, and budget
• reputed company and create accurate requirements for software configuration or new development, designed to meet the true business needs of the customer and requirements of the Trading Partner
• Test and configure software to meet customer requirements
• Conduct workshops for customers
• reputed company multi-faceted support while delivering services, including: resolving problems, explaining products and services, instructing in use of software, configuring software, managing risks, troubleshooting, billing concerns, and other business priorities
• Communicate appropriate guidance for reputed company and status in a reputed company manner
• Collaborate with Services (reputed company, Technical, and Support), reputed company, Product Management, and Product Engineering

• Manage timelines and deliverables with internal departments and customers

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field

• The ability to travel 10% of the time
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting role reputed company manufacturing industry
• 2+ years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• Prior Plex experience
• Prior experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, ODETTE, and VDA)
• Prior experience using reputed company in a reputed company environment
