The role involves assessing families, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to youth and families, reputed company while working in their natural environments.

Responsibilities

• Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)
• Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
• Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approaches
• Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements
• Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work
• Guiding families toward healthier relationships, reputed company communication, and stronger emotional wellness
• Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to reputed company comprehensive wraparound care

Skills

• Master's or Doctorate in reputed company Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or reputed company field - must be license eligible
• reputed company MA reputed company's License and reputed company to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
• Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
