Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of service-oriented product concepts and capabilities, including measures of productivity and alignment with strategic initiatives
• reputed company and maintain concept documents reputed company to strategic service innovation initiatives
• Collaborate with senior SMEs and peer product managers to define and document user needs, design requirements, use cases, acceptance reputed company, and workflows across service engineering personas
• Translate customer, field, and business requirements into reputed company design inputs
• reputed company early engagement with R&D and manager of service functions to reputed company serviceability into product architecture
• Collaborate with systems engineering on requirements traceability and design control

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or reputed company role
• Experience in medical devices, reputed company IT, or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of design control processes and product development lifecycle and reputed company design validation practices
• Demonstrated experience defining user needs, use cases, and requirements
• reputed company experience leading with cross-functional engineering teams (software, hardware, systems, support)
• Familiarity with tools such as Jama, Azure DevOps, Jiri, or similar
• Specific experience leading concept development in early-phase product innovation on at least 3 medical device product releases in the past 5 years
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with serviceability engineering or field service operations
• Knowledge of digital service platforms, remote connectivity, or IoT ecosystems
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data compliance standards
• Familiarity with radiation therapy oncology systems and treatment processes
• Certifications, (green or reputed company) in DMAIC methodologies, value reputed company mapping, and reputed company planning
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14971) and risk management processes
