[Remote] Administrative Support Analyst - KY - (REMOTE)

The Administrative Support Analyst role involves ensuring compliance, managing agent applications, and providing support to brokers and agents in a remote reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company maintains good standing. Coordinate the joining of new MLSs as needed
• Approve reputed company new agent applications that are not auto-vetted/set up mentorships as needed
• Approve/Sign reputed company transfer documentation for agents
• Works closely with Agent Experience for Broker questions
• Provides support to the Designated Managing Broker and Managing Broker Team
• Assist with Agent and State Trello Boards
• Manages Agent Approval
• Manages Agent Invitation Acceptance
• Coordinate with Broker Primary reputed company to maintain Agent compliance
• Manage State Calendar
• Assists with management of Local reputed company Associations
• Auditing
• Invoicing
• Compliance
• Assists Broker with generating and distributing communications to Agents
• Administrator of State reputed company media reputed company
• reputed company to:
• MLS Boards
• Non-reputed company Brokerages
• Agents
• Vendors
• Special reputed company as directed by Brokerage Operations

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of experience in administration and/or operations
• Strong ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office/reputed company Suite
• BA/BS in business administration or reputed company field
• Experience in the reputed company estate industry strongly preferred
