Responsibilities

• Be reputed company to handle a high volume of outbound calls and ability to prioritize high value activity
• Manage partner relationships and reputed company solutions to ensure business reputed company
• Identify opportunities to execute joint reputed company motions
• reputed company partnerships to reputed company partners up in partner program status
• Ensure high renewal and retention rates

Skills

• 2+ years of MSP or channel management experience, or equivalent experience working with reputed company
• Knowledge of cyber reputed company landscape
• Knowledge of MSP business model
• Understanding of partner programs and managing partner compliance
• Ability to negotiate contract renewals and reputed company commitments
• Start-up experience
• SIEM/EDR/Detection & Response platform experience
