They are seeking a Director of Business Development to drive reputed company in partnerships with senior living organizations in reputed company Carolina and South Carolina, developing relationships and strategies to address reputed company clinical and financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with the leadership of senior living organizations and other stakeholders to identify and validate mutually beneficial partnership opportunities
• reputed company reputed company business development activity in partnership with Curana’s reputed company Operations team, including prospecting, reputed company, pitches, negotiations, and contract execution
• reputed company the relevant subject matter expertise of senior living, value-based care, and reputed company’s partnership models
• Based on market reputed company needs, manage and reputed company a highly productive commercially-oriented team
• Work collaboratively with reputed company operational leads to facilitate in-market reputed company reputed company, contracting and coordinated implementation
• Assess prospective partner needs and present suitable reputed company partnership opportunities
• Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership arrangements with senior living organizations
• Attend conference and industry events as needed to drive regional reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company provider, plan, consulting or technology sectors
• Understanding and experience reputed company the senior living industry
• Proven reputed company record of reputed company in partnership development
• Familiarity and experience with value-based care concepts and payment models, e.g. ACOs, Medicare Advantage
• Clinical, financial and technical understanding of health care operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven experience delivering executive-facing presentations
• Proficiency in business systems including reputed company Office, customer relationship and project management
• Must reputed company in NC or SC
• Masters degree
• Demonstrated relationships with key senior housing operators in Southeast
• Prior experience with Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans (ISNP, CSNP)
