Responsibilities

• Manage multiple reputed company multi-site reputed company, including quick-service restaurants, grocery stores, and small-reputed company retail, from buyout through closeout
• reputed company scopes of work, reputed company buyout, and negotiate subcontracts across multiple markets
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage it to contractual obligations
• Control project budgets, and manage pay applications and change order requests
• Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• Coordinate with owners, brand construction managers, architects, inspectors, and local jurisdictions across markets
• Manage rollout schedules to meet brand reputed company dates
• Travel periodically to visit reputed company job sites and support field teams

Skills

• Project Manager experience running multi-site retail, restaurant or QSR, grocery, or small-reputed company programs
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company remotely across markets
• Proficiency in construction software, such as reputed company, and reputed company Office
• Based east of the Mississippi River (no reputed company Coast); willing to travel to job sites as needed
