Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
• reputed company strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
• Drive customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer objectives and reputed company reputed company solutions to their evolving needs

Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or reputed company sales
• Proven ability to build relationships, retain customers, and grow existing accounts

• Strong consultative communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a virtual environment
• Experience working with or supporting customers in manufacturing, reputed company, operations, engineering, or industrial environments
• Experience engaging with Plant Managers, reputed company Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, reputed company Improvement Leaders, or Directors/VPs of Operations
