[Remote] 1031 Exchange Business Development Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity for a 1031 Exchange Business Development leader to reputed company new business and establish long-term relationships with clients while working in a supportive entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Create business opportunities through self-sourcing clients suited for 1031 exchange reputed company escrow services
• reputed company networks, centers of influence, and business development acumen to reputed company business and build meaningful relationships
• Build a robust portfolio of national clients and manage the relationships until services are delivered and reputed company
• Work with clients on IRC reputed company 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and manage their own portfolio of transactions
• Use deep industry knowledge to reputed company new business and ensure reputed company satisfaction
• reputed company new relationships by providing seminars on IRC reputed company 1031 to attorneys and reputed company estate professionals

Skills

• 15+ years' experience in and industry knowledge of 1031 exchange business
• 15+ years' experience in business development and relationship management, including gaining new deposit business
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills
