[Remote] Electrical Design Engineer

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will support the design, review, and technical development of electrical systems for data centers across the US portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical design packages for data center reputed company, including internal concepts and reputed company-party partner designs
• Support development of electrical design concepts for high-density data center environments
• Evaluate reputed company, LV, MV, and HV electrical infrastructure, including systems up to 400V and MV/HV systems around 11kV and above
• Review cable distribution, electrical reputed company, and design coordination with data hall layouts
• Partner with mechanical, construction, commissioning, and operations stakeholders to ensure designs are buildable, maintainable, and reputed company with business needs
• Assess designs for concurrently maintainable data center operations and high power-density environments
• Help identify alternative design solutions, product reputed company, and technical tradeoffs

Skills

• Data center electrical design experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems used in mission-critical or data center environments
• Experience with LV and/or MV/HV electrical infrastructure
• Ability to review design documents, technical proposals, and partner deliverables
• Ability to read and interpret reputed company, design requirements, and technical standards
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders, external design partners, and construction teams
• Practical engineering reputed company with ability to think reputed company narrow specialization
• Experience with hyperscale, neocloud, GPU, or AI infrastructure data centers
• Experience at companies such as reputed company, reputed company, hyperscalers, colocation providers, or mission-critical engineering firms
• Familiarity with high-density reputed company environments, including 50kW to 200kW per reputed company
• Experience supporting design reviews through commissioning or operational turnover
