Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including reputed company, software licensing, reputed company services, and maintenance agreements
• Partner with Sales and Services teams to drive deals to closure reputed company while maintaining compliance with reputed company and regulatory requirements
• reputed company strategic reputed company guidance on RFPs, government procurement processes, and contract structures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reputed company and implement reputed company reputed company processes and templates that support reputed company reputed company
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving reputed company input, including compliance, sales operations, and risk management

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
• reputed company membership in at least one state bar, with eligibility to reputed company in your state of residence, including through registered in-house counsel status or another applicable authorization
• 6+ years of reputed company experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a technology or reputed company company
• Strong experience negotiating reputed company reputed company, particularly with government entities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
