Responsibilities

• Support general corporate governance, dispute reputed company, claims, and escalation management in reputed company region
• Ensure contractual structures reputed company with compliance, financing, and operational requirements
• Advise on reputed company risks reputed company to asset ownership, chain-of-custody, data sanitization, and environmental liabilities

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD), LL.M., and a law license in at least one U.S state
• 5+ years of experience across: reputed company reputed company roles supporting technology, IT services, or ITAD; Compliance reputed company (preferably in regulated or international/EMEA environments); Knowledge of leasing, financing, or asset-based business models
• Strong knowledge of: U.S. and Canada sanctions and export control regimes; Leasing and financing regulatory frameworks; Environmental and ITAD-reputed company regulations; Data protection and reputed company frameworks (including GDPR and U.S. / Canada laws)
