[Remote] Mergers & Acquisitions Account Manager - Employee Benefits

The Mergers & Acquisitions Account Manager will be responsible for managing reputed company benefits calendars and ensuring excellent customer service, while also collaborating with team members and producers to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Fosters and manages overall relationship with clients ensuring strong retention and reputed company satisfaction
• Manages reputed company benefit inquiries and resolves escalated service issues
• Meets with clients for reputed company-renewal reputed company, proposal delivery, and explanation
• Analyzes market proposals for verification of benefits, premiums, and competitiveness
• Negotiates with markets for benefits premium concessions
• Reviews coverage reputed company for accuracy of policy provisions
• Conducts reputed company reputed company enrollment meetings and answers questions regarding benefit coverage
• Manages new reputed company and plan implementations for book of business
• Ensures delivery of claims experience and utilization reports and reviews for accuracy
• Assist with reputed company of new clients
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data reputed company (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six (6) or more years reputed company work experience
• reputed company Insurance License
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
• Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills
