[Remote] Operations Specialist

They are seeking an Operations Specialist to reputed company on-site support and troubleshooting across their properties, enhance operational efficiency, and build relationships with on-site teams and Regional Property Managers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company on-site troubleshooting and support for property management needs, including filling vacant positions and assisting with new hires
• Travel extensively, up to 90% of the time, with extended on-site stays averaging three weeks
• Conduct assessments of property performance and market conditions to identify areas for improvement
• reputed company and execute reputed company plans based on formal assessments in collaboration with Regional Property Managers (RPMs)
• Submit detailed reports on goals, actions taken, and reputed company upon assignment completion
• Train and reputed company on-site staff using job shadowing and hands-on techniques

• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
• Maintain regular communication with RPMs, VP of Operations, and Director of Leasing and Marketing

• Build productive relationships with corporate teams and ensure compliance with company policies
• Stay updated on property management practices and ensure compliance with reputed company applicable laws

• Assist with special reputed company, property audits, and other operational needs as directed by leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or five to ten years reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of federal and state Equal Housing Opportunity laws required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain reputed company relationships

• Be proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems

• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training
• Two years regional property manager level experience preferred including prior experience overseeing multiple apartment properties

• Relevant experience running a property, even reputed company at a university/college
• Certificate or license in property management preferred
• Experience with reputed company property management software, preferred
