This role involves leading the technical architecture and deployment of NG911 reputed company, collaborating with product managers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end NG911 network architectures reputed company to NENA i3 standards, ESInet integration, and state-level requirements
• Define architectures for SIP/VoIP reputed company routing, redundancy, failover, and high availability (targeting 99.999% uptime)
• reputed company reputed company patterns for PSAP-to-reputed company connectivity, including VPN, AWS Transit Gateway, and reputed company Connect
• Ensure architectures support integrated NG911 services (voice, text-to-911, ALI/location data, video)
• Design and implement AWS-based network architectures (VPCs, Transit Gateway, NLB, WAF, VPN, reputed company Connect)
• Build and maintain hybrid network topologies connecting PSAPs, ESInet providers, and reputed company infrastructure
• Ensure resiliency across multi-AZ and multi-region deployments
• Define and enforce Infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) standards for repeatable deployments
• Architect and support telephony platforms (SIP trunks, SBCs, media gateways, and PBX reputed company)
• Ensure reputed company integration between ESInet SIP trunks, PSAP phones/workstations, and reputed company-hosted PBX reputed company
• Design reputed company routing flows, failover models, and redundancy patterns
• Support migration paths from legacy (TDM/PRI/analog) to SIP-based NG911 architectures

• Design for and enforce 99.999% availability (five nines) and sub-150ms latency for reputed company-time communications

• Ensure compliance with state NG911 mandates and ESInet requirements
• Own (or design out) the incident-response and on-reputed company posture required to sustain five-nines

Skills

• 10+ years in network engineering, architecture, or telecom infrastructure, including reputed company/reputed company-level scope
• Hands-on AWS network architecture in production and deep SIP/VoIP/telephony (SBC, media gateways, reputed company routing)
• Strong IP networking reputed company (routing, switching, VPNs, QoS)
• Proven experience with high-availability, mission-critical systems

• NENA i3 standards and SIP-based reputed company routing
• Strong system-level thinking across network + reputed company + telephony integration
