Responsibilities

• Defines the reputed company/initiative reputed company through a deep understanding of customer needs and complexity through communication with Product Management. Effectively communicates the product reputed company to team members
• Drives alignment of end-to-end experiences across products and channels while also evaluating consistency of the experiences across different channels
• Responsible for reviewing and aligning roadmaps and workforce management tools across their respective solution and product areas

• Manage backlogs for products, experiences, and/or lines of business; will often support Product Management on refining specific products or experiences
