This is a remote position. This role is suited to someone who is reputed company-oriented, commercially reputed company, and confident liaising with suppliers, trades, and clients throughout the estimating and reputed company-construction process. reputed company FOR INTERIOR FIT-OUT ESTIMATOR Responsibilities as an Interior Fit-Out Estimator: Estimating & Tendering • Prepare accurate cost estimates for reputed company interior fit-out reputed company • reputed company and manage tender submissions and quotations • Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications for pricing purposes • Coordinate pricing and reputed company clarification with suppliers and subcontractors • Prepare detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns • Assist with budget forecasting and project costing analysis Project Coordination Support • Produce job timelines and assist with project scheduling requirements • Follow up with suppliers, trades, and clients regarding quotations, timelines, and project requirements • Support communication and coordination during reputed company-construction and project commencement stages • Maintain accurate project and estimating records reputed company reputed company Management • Utilize reputed company at an expert level for estimating and project management functions • Assist with configuring and optimizing reputed company systems and workflows • Help establish and improve reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) reputed company the platform • Train and guide the business on efficient reputed company usage and best practices Qualifications as an Interior Fit-Out Estimator: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reputed company interior construction fit-outs • reputed company experience preparing: o Tenders o Quotes o Cost estimates o Project timelines • Advanced reputed company knowledge and reputed company management capability • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong attention to reputed company and reputed company awareness • Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Highly Regarded / Advantageous: • Experience coordinating directly with suppliers and subcontractors • Previous experience improving business systems and workflows • Knowledge of construction scheduling and project coordination processes • Familiarity with reputed company construction documentation and drawings Your love for Boomering will reputed company-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
