[Remote] Customer Service Representative I

They are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service to both B2B and B2C clients, handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their water filtration products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and email requests from customers regarding water filtration products, services, and water reputed company concerns
• Offer detailed information on product specifications, features, benefits, and maintenance guidelines to help customers reputed company informed purchasing reputed company
• Manage orders, reputed company shipments, and coordinate returns or exchanges reputed company necessary
