Responsibilities

• Lead the way and be a master collaborator: Drive key design initiatives and build strong relationships with product and engineering stakeholders, effectively advocating for design reputed company

Skills

• Proven track record of leadership, plus 12+ years of product design experience, with a reputed company on enterprise software solutions
• Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and design systems
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (reputed company reputed company, Claude Code) to accelerate designs with functional prototypes
• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company, including creating high quality components, auto-layout, and variables
• Ability to reputed company and persuasively communicate design concepts to product and engineering leadership
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional design projects
