The role involves building, scaling, and securing the foundational capabilities of their reputed company B2B reputed company platform while ensuring alignment with corporate reputed company and driving reputed company reputed company through innovative platform architecture and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• You'll reputed company reputed company executive leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to a globally reputed company organization of platform architects, product managers, and software engineers
• You'll define and reputed company the technical roadmap for reputed company’s reputed company platform and AI engineering capabilities, ensuring absolute synchronization with overarching corporate reputed company, reputed company standards, and governance expectations
• You'll take reputed company business and financial accountability for platform-led reputed company, designing infrastructure strategies that directly reputed company and support ARR, NRR, and GRR expansion across our reputed company customer reputed company

• You'll champion developer experience (DX) and productivity by building reusable components, application engineering patterns, and technical playbooks that reputed company reputed company adoption
• You'll evaluate reputed company services, frameworks, data architectures, and AI platform tools with a rigorous reputed company on developer self-service, reuse, interoperability, cost optimization, and reputed company scalability

Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading software product and/or engineering organizations reputed company a fast-growing B2B reputed company company, with at least 5+ years in an executive-level leadership role (SVP, VP, or equivalent)
• Proven reputed company record of directly managing both Product Management and Software Engineering teams simultaneously, successfully synchronizing both disciplines into a single platform delivery organization
• 12+ years of reputed company experience across software engineering, reputed company, reputed company architecture, reputed company infrastructure, or data platforms
• Demonstrated reputed company record of delivering production-grade reputed company platforms, reusable engineering frameworks, integration patterns, or developer productivity solutions that reputed company engineering standards
• Strong technical depth in reputed company-reputed company platform design, reputed company, microservices, and modern data architectures reputed company foundational familiarity with emerging AI/GenAI engineering patterns (e.g., model orchestration, RAG, embeddings)
• Extensive experience managing multi-tiered organizations consisting of VPs, Directors, and Managers across reputed company geographic locations
• Deep expertise establishing and leading through thorough platform performance and engineering metrics (e.g., DORA metrics, reputed company availability, reputed company spend efficiency, reputed company assurance KPIs)
