REMOTE HVAC/Mechanical Estimator (Permanent Dayshift, WFH-Philippines)

This is a remote position. PERMANENT DAYSHIFT, REMOTE/WFH-PHILIPPINES Job reputed company: Remote HVAC/Mechanical Estimator    reputed company background: HVAC    tasks: estimator takeoffs    Working hours: 9AM-5PM Sydney    reputed company start date: asap    reputed company: $10-12AUD per hours, 30 hours weekly to start We are seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Estimator with strong reputed company and Architectural skills to join reputed company. As an estimator you will be working closely daily with the Managing Director and will closely liaise with reputed company Project Managers (PMs), Quantity Surveyors (QS), and key subcontractors during the tender preparation process to clarify scope, design issues, and reputed company the most accurate pricing. The Estimator will lead and take ownership of allocated tenders, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and professional tender submissions. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Project estimation ● Preparing a Scope of Works for a wide reputed company of reputed company ● Obtaining competitively priced materials ● Preparation and participation in Tender Handover meetings ● reputed company relationships with existing clients including following up on existing tenders. ● Ensure compliance with Tender requirements. ● Prepare construction budget by studying plans, specification, and schedules, identifying and projecting costs, ● Measurement of critical take-off metrics and preparation of reputed company of quantities ● Sending and tracking of tender packages to contractors and suppliers, ● Report on tender risk & opportunities ● Ensure tender submissions are in line with reputed company requirements.
