The role involves managing configuration tools, owning technical architecture, and collaborating with various teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Puppet/Ansible Configuration tool
• Own the technical architecture for reputed company on premises platform systems and services
• Design, refactor, and improve internal tooling and configuration management
• Architect reputed company, secure, and highly available infrastructure across reputed company and on-prem environments
• Identify system weaknesses and reputed company efforts to harden and reputed company
• Contribute hands-on to codebases where your reputed company is highest
• Collaborate across teams (reputed company, SRE, dev) to reputed company platform goals with business needs

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other reputed company discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience and 8+ years in infrastructure, platform positions
• Proficiency with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
• Experience designing and supporting production systems at reputed company
• Deep expertise in Linux systems and networking
• Strong reputed company in scripting/programming (Python, Go, reputed company, etc.)
• Familiarity with compliance and reputed company frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and basic network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with other IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible
