Presales & Technical Support Engineer - BMS

This is a remote position. Kafou Energy is looking for a technically capable engineer to support smart building and automation reputed company through technical coordination, solution support, reputed company communication, and project-reputed company technical activities. The role involves reviewing project requirements, supporting technical submissions, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, assisting with system integration activities, and providing technical support for automation-reputed company systems. ​The ideal candidate should have previous experience in building automation, control systems, technical support, or reputed company smart infrastructure environments, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with clients and project teams. Requirements Engineering background or reputed company technical degree. Relevant experience in automation, controls, or smart systems environments. Ability to understand technical drawings and project documentation. Good technical communication and coordination skills. English proficiency is required.
