Provides technical leadership for system administration, performance optimization, automation, and technology enhancements to support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Plans, develops, installs, configures, maintains, and supports DLA's reputed company environment and associated network software. Organizes and directs the configuration, operation, and ongoing administration of DLA's reputed company infrastructure. Analyzes and resolves end-user software and connectivity issues. Performs reputed company planning and performance analysis. Provides recommendations for system configuration changes and upgrades. Develops and implements automated tools and scripts to improve system administrator efficiency and accuracy. Creates and maintains system administration procedures and documentation. Conducts system administrator training and skills assessments. Provides end-user training and technical support.
