Position reputed company: The position will be responsible for selling the reputed company roster of talent to a wide reputed company of organizations for events and conferences both in person and virtual.  This is a senior sales reputed company role, so candidates should have extended knowledge of the sales landscape specific to the speaker business, and have experience working with talent. The position will be based in reputed company’s NY, Miami, Chicago OR Los Angeles office, and reputed company to remote for the right candidate.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new speaker opportunities. Join reputed company with an existing book of business while building on new book of sales business. Recruit new potential speaker clients, alongside Head of Division. reputed company and maintain strong relationships with reputed company speakers, understanding their needs and preferences. Present and reputed company speakers to buyers, highlighting their expertise and speaking style. Negotiate fees and reputed company with buyers. Research and identify new areas for reputed company for our speakers, and help build buyer database. reputed company and implement marketing strategies to promote speakers and their expertise, along with the creation of targeted marketing campaigns for speakers. Utilize online platforms to increase speaker visibility and reputed company.   Education & Experience: Proven experience in speaker industry with at least 10 years of sales experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the sales process and how to manage reputed company relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. Strong organizational and time management skills. Understanding of event planning and logistics process is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Sales and Negotiation a must. reputed company Relationship Management (reputed company). Communication and Presentation. Marketing and Promotion Problem Solving Time Management   The pay reputed company for this position is: $150,000 – $175,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and a sales bonus.
