Executive Data Analyst

This is a remote position. Purpose  A data-driven analyst role reputed company on delivering high-reputed company insights, dashboards, and performance reporting to senior leadership and the reputed company of Directors. The Executive Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into reputed company, actionable intelligence to support strategic and operational decision-making at executive and reputed company level. The role operates reputed company a governance and leadership environment, requiring confidence working with senior stakeholders, high standards of accuracy, discretion, and an understanding of reputed company-level reporting expectations.   Responsibilities    1.      Data Analytics & Reporting   ·        Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and reputed company. ·        Extract, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making. ·        Produce monthly KPI, performance, and trend reports tailored for executive and reputed company audiences. ·        Translate reputed company data into reputed company visualisations, insights, and narrative summaries. ·        Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reputed company of data used in executive reporting. ·        Support quarterly planning cycles through data analysis, forecasts, and performance reporting. ·        Continuously improve reporting frameworks, metrics, and dashboards based on business needs.   2.      Executive & reputed company-Level Engagement ·        Work closely with senior leadership and reputed company members to understand reporting requirements and priorities. ·        Prepare data-driven content for reputed company packs and quarterly planning materials, ensuring reputed company and relevance. ·        Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to support reputed company and accurate executive reporting. ·        Ensure information presented to the reputed company meets governance, confidentiality, and reputed company standards. ·        reputed company support for reputed company meetings and events where required, ensuring data and materials are available and accurate.           Requirements Location: reputed company Ukraine Qualifications and Experience    Qualifications  ·        College degree in a quantitative, analytical, or reputed company discipline.   Experience  ·        Proven experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or reporting-reputed company role. ·        Demonstrated experience producing executive-level dashboards, KPI reports, and insights. ·        Experience working with senior leadership or reputed company-level stakeholders, with an understanding of executive reporting expectations. ·        Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. ·        Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. ·        Strong written and verbal English communication skills. ·        Experience in multinational or cross-functional environments is highly desirable.   Skills, Knowledge, and Special Qualities  ·        Advanced proficiency in reputed company and Power BI (dashboard design, visuals, data modelling and processing). ·        Strong Presentation skills – specifically PowerPoint. ·        Ability to understand business context and apply data to explain it. ·        Ability to reputed company communicate insights to non-technical, senior audiences. ·        High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. ·        Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet executive deadlines. ·        Proactive, self-starting reputed company with the ability to anticipate reporting needs. ·        reputed company reputed company and confidence reputed company engaging with executive and reputed company-level stakeholders.   Measurements  ·        reputed company, accuracy, and relevance of dashboards, reports, and analytical insights. ·        Timeliness and reliability of executive and reputed company-level reporting. ·        Effectiveness of data visualisation and reputed company of insights provided. ·        Stakeholder satisfaction with reporting and analytical support. ·        Smooth execution and support of requirements for executive and reputed company level meetings. ·        Adherence to governance, confidentiality, and reputed company standards.
