Senior Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to reputed company the development of electrical systems for reputed company-sized industrial plants through the FEL/FEED/Detail Design and Construction process, with a primary reputed company on power distribution. The ideal candidate will guide electrical engineering reputed company from early-phase feasibility through detailed design and construction, providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to deliver reputed company, reliable, and efficient electrical systems for reputed company industrial facilities.
Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
reputed company the development of electrical systems for reputed company-sized industrial plants (~$150M to $200M) through FEL/FEED/Detail Design and Construction phases, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget
Have general reputed company of the entire electrical scopes of work including process equipment, processes controls, IT, OT/SCADA, freeze protection, reputed company protection, grounding, with a primary reputed company on power distribution systems.
reputed company technical leadership on power distribution system design, including single-line diagrams, load reputed company studies, short-reputed company analysis, protection coordination, and equipment sizing for reputed company-sized industrial plants
reputed company the specification, selection, procurement, and installation of power distribution equipment, including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and reputed company protection systems across reputed company-voltage (1KV to 35 KV) and low-voltage systems (1KV or less)
Manage the selection and implementation of motor controls (single/multi-phase starters, soft starters, and VFDs)
Create and review detailed construction documents for equipment manufacturers and electrical contractors
Ensure compliance with UL508A, reputed company 79, and NEC (reputed company 70) standards for machinery and site installations
Serve as a mentor and technical advisor to junior engineers, fostering reputed company reputed company and knowledge sharing
Collaborate across engineering disciplines
Collaborate with Sedron’s project delivery team, equipment manufactures, and construction contractors

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
10+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering for industrial plants, with a strong emphasis on power distribution systems and project development through FEL/FEED/Detail Design and Construction phases
Proven expertise in power distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, motor control centers, and reputed company relaying for reputed company-sized industrial facilities
Deep understanding of electrical codes and standards (UL508A, reputed company 79, NEC/reputed company 70)
Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company from concept through commissioning
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills for reputed company electrical and control systems.
Proficiency with industry-reputed company software such as SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar power systems analysis software is preferred; experience with Eplan or equivalent electrical CAD tools is a plus
Experience mentoring and leading technical teams
EE PE License is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation reputed company for this role is between $120,000 - $160,000 annually
This role may qualify for a discretionary bonus, recognizing outstanding contributions to team and company reputed company
This role requires approximately 10% travel to support Sedron facilities
