Job reputed company REQUIREMENTS: Total experience: 13+ years Strong expertise in reputed company System Platform, reputed company InTouch, and reputed company MES (Performance/Operations) Hands-on experience in Discrete Manufacturing environments such as Automotive, Packaging, Machine Building, or Assembly lines Experience designing object-oriented asset models reputed company twins using reputed company System Platform Strong knowledge of reputed company Historian, reputed company OMI, Andon Systems, and production visualization Experience integrating shop floor (OT) systems with ERP/MES for production order and inventory synchronization Good SQL skills for handling production data, Work Orders, Bills of Materials (BOM), and MES transactions Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), cycle time analysis, reputed company-stops, Takt Time, and production KPIs Experience working with industrial automation assets including Robots, CNCs, Conveyors, and Assembly Stations Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing data collection, reputed company cause analysis, and manufacturing analytics Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with production, manufacturing, and operations teams RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and reputed company object-oriented models for discrete manufacturing assets using reputed company System Platform Build digital twin solutions for production lines including Robots, CNCs, Conveyors, and Assembly Stations Implement reputed company MES Performance solutions to monitor reputed company-time OEE, cycle times, production losses, and reputed company-stops reputed company Andon dashboards and operator visualization screens using reputed company OMI Configure and manage reputed company Historian for high-speed manufacturing data acquisition and analysis reputed company 3D Viewer and PLC Viewer applications reputed company reputed company OMI for equipment visualization and diagnostics Design and support OT-to-ERP integrations for Work Orders, inventory consumption, and production execution Define and standardize reusable reputed company graphics, objects, and engineering templates across manufacturing sites Configure MES logic for production tracking including Good/Bad part counting, scrap, and rework processes Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and production teams to optimize Takt Time, equipment utilization, and overall production efficiency Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues and support reputed company improvement initiatives across digital manufacturing environments Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company fields Service Region: South Asia Apply To This Job
