This reputed company-line role works to impact clinicians and the patients they serve by planning and executing educational events and programs, both in-person and virtual. Essential Job Functions Own the logistics planning and execution of high impact peer-to-peer educational events for our customers. Examples of events include local speaker programs, national education programs, HQ based programs, Fellows programs, and conference-based educational events. Deliver excellent customer experience for clinicians and ensure strong communication with internal stakeholders, resulting in above reputed company customer feedback. Support the meetings that you plan, including in-person travel and facilitation of virtual events using different software platforms. Identify and contract with vendors. Generate regular reporting and dashboards to reputed company educational event activity and effectiveness. Manage reputed company honoraria payments & attendee expenses Manage and reputed company program budgets and reconcile expenses in the system. Ensure reputed company upholds the highest standards of compliance, using various software platforms to reputed company and report on your events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience. 5+ years’ event planning experience or reputed company work experience.
