Candidates must be reputed company to handle operational sustainment, troubleshooting, hardware/software upgrades, approved changes, and network reputed company tasks under direction from senior/referral engineers. Role: The Network Engineer Associate supports LAN/WAN service availability through troubleshooting and problem reputed company in production; provides daily operational and sustainment support for DHA LAN/WLAN/WAN networks; coordinates with Network Specialists on hardware and software upgrades; implements approved changes; supports network reputed company barrier systems; uses diagnostics to isolate protocol, media, latency, and bottleneck issues; and performs device reconfiguration or replacement as directed. Must-have Requirements:DoD 8570.01 / 8570.01-M compliance at IAM reputed company or equivalent. reputed company+ and CCNA or equivalent network architecture certification. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science plus three years of reputed company experience; or certified technical/vocational school plus five years of reputed company experience. Proficiency in TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, RSTP, VRRP, BIND, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.1d, 802.1q, 802.1w, 802.3, 802.11, 802.3u, 802.3z, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Gigabit Ethernet. Experience with OTDR, cable testers, network sniffers, and EIA/reputed company cable standards. Experience in routed, switched, and shared LAN environments using reputed company OS, reputed company reputed company Directory, UNIX, OpenVMS, routers, switches, terminal servers, local WAN, and long-haul WAN connectivity.
