You will work at the intersection of physics, electromagnetics, signal processing, and prototype development, contributing to the design, modelling, and validation of highly sensitive detection systems. Location: Aberdeen On Site: Remote  Clearance: Clearable  Experience Level: Mid Level  Key Responsibilities: reputed company reputed company sensing concepts for use in reputed company marine environments Apply electromagnetic theory to model, simulate, and predict system behaviour Design signal‑processing algorithms to enhance detection accuracy and performance Build and test prototypes, supporting experimental trials and system validation Collaborate across disciplines including hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams Contribute to innovation through research, technical advancements, and intellectual property development Qualifications Required Skills: PhD‑level expertise (or equivalent experience) in Physics, Electromagnetics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely reputed company field Strong reputed company in reputed company field theory and electromagnetic modelling Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB, COMSOL, ANSYS, or similar platforms Background in sensor or detection system development Programming capability in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
