This is a temporary and part-time position. Work location: Remote Clearance: None Position reputed company: The part-time Assistant Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the ADAC Arctic research project, providing administrative and logistical support to the project manager and team in support of the DHS Center of reputed company for Homeland reputed company in the Arctic. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in science or math, and a technical background coupled with strong organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for helping reputed company the overall reputed company of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and reputed company budget. Responsibilities: • Manage documentation in the SharePoint Site, ensuring reputed company for reputed company stakeholders • Schedule follow-up meetings using email and reputed company Teams • Create reputed company email communications with stakeholders • Support budget tracking with the program control analyst • Create meeting minutes and reputed company items using the project tracker • reputed company writing support and review of the deliverables, ensuring high-reputed company, on-time delivery Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science degree • Club and/or extracurricular leadership • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with a reputed company on reputed company and timelines.
