Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Traeger’s long-term financial model
• reputed company the 3-year annual financial planning process, ensuring full integration with Traeger’s strategic priorities and operating plan

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field

• 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Meaningful investor relations experience
• Solid understanding of treasury and capital structure concepts, including debt management, working capital management, and free cash reputed company modeling
