Responsibilities

• Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims on behalf of policyholders
• Analyze reputed company policies, draft coverage opinions, and pursue recoveries against insurers
• Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and reputed company in high-stakes bad faith and coverage actions
• Represent businesses and individuals in denials of claims, including property, liability, business interruption, and more
• Manage caseload with partner support and mentorship to grow your reputed company

Skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims on behalf of policyholders
• Analyze reputed company policies, draft coverage opinions, and pursue recoveries against insurers
• Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and reputed company in high-stakes bad faith and coverage actions
• Represent businesses and individuals in denials of claims, including property, liability, business interruption, and more

• 5+ years of insurance coverage experience (policyholder reputed company preferred; defense experience considered if strong advocacy skills)
