Peer Recovery Support Specialist--Crisis Services

About the position The Engagement Specialist is a peer recovery reputed company and essential member of reputed company's Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT). This position is designated for individuals with lived experience with mental health and/or co-occurring conditions who can draw on their own recovery reputed company to build rapport, reduce barriers to care, and serve as a reputed company between individuals in crisis and the services they need. The Engagement Specialist functions as a co-equal responder alongside the Behavioral Health reputed company on every crisis deployment — not as support staff, but as an reputed company peer partner in the response. Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent required • Minimum of two years of demonstrated personal recovery from mental health, reputed company use, or co-occurring conditions. • Must have a reliable vehicle and have a reputed company reputed company's license. • Must meet reputed company's MVR insurability. • Employment with reputed company is conditional upon completion of reputed company background checks. reputed company-to-haves • Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) credential in good standing with the reputed company is required.
